Returns & Refund Policy

At Legora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receipt. All legora.com orders are eligible for store credit or a full merchandise refund, minus the price of shipping. Legora reserves the right to refuse any items that appear worn or used.

Kindly include your original packing slip and/or a note that you're returning for a refund. We recommend using a trackable method of shipping.

Please note: Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Legora is not responsible for any lost returns.

Also, Legora requests that you do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Shoes that are sent without an exterior box will incur a £5 repackaging fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Clearance items marked "final sale" online are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Before sending your exchange, please email us at info@legora.com to confirm availability of your desired item.

Domestic returns are eligible for one initial exchange shipped free of charge. Shipping fees for sending the item back to us are still the responsibility of the customer. Additional exchanges from the same order will require a shipping fee.
International returns will be subject to the destination country’s shipping fee. See international shipping info for rates.
Refunds + Store Credit
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Store credit may be issued in place of a refund. To redeem store credit, please email us at info@legora.com or call us at +44 20 3897 4561. Store credit is valid for use both online and at our London store front, and it never expires.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The original sales receipt must be provided. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Legora reserves the right to refuse any items that appear worn or used.

Clearance items purchased in-store are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged + Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us immediately at +44 20 3897 4561 or email us at info@legora.com. We will assist you with an exchange or return.

Please contact us immediately if an item becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date. We will assess merchandise defects on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

Canceling Orders
